February 2025 Community Newsletter
Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Pinnacle. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. If you have not already done so, sign up with the Lifestyle Team, so you know about upcoming events and activities coming soon. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.
E-Scooter Ordinance Change
The City of Meridian has revised its E-Scooter ordinance. E-Scooters are now prohibited from sidewalks unless the roadway speed is over 45mph. This measure aims to enhance pedestrian safety. You can view the entire ordinance and safety requirements by following the link provided below.
Updated Facility Rules Form
In case you overlooked the USPS notification regarding the revised Facility Rules Form, please be advised that signing this document is mandatory to activate your access card for the upcoming pool season. For your convenience, an online submission option is available via the link provided below. Prompt action is recommended.
Holiday Decorations
A friendly reminder that all outdoor lights and other decorations should have been taken down by January 31st.
Pet Responsibility
When you walk your dog, clean up after them. It’s your responsibility as a pet owner. No one wants to step in dog poop! Think about other people and keep the sidewalks and green spaces clean. Carry a bag with you and use it when needed. Everyone will appreciate it!
Snow Removal
When it snows, it’s important to clear sidewalks and driveways for safety. Don’t shovel snow into the street, as this can lead to flooding when the snow melts. Also, never block a fire hydrant, since firefighters need quick access in emergencies. Instead, pile snow on your lawn.
Reserving the Clubhouse
We have a beautiful clubhouse available for reservations. To make a reservation, check the calendar online and then fill out the Clubhouse Reservation form. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation of the reservation.
Flag Compliance
During recent compliance inspections, a few prohibited flags were observed within the community. Per the CC&Rs, all residents must adhere to established guidelines regarding flag displays.
- Owners are limited to the display of two (2) of the following types of flags:
- The current official flag of the United States of America;
- The current official flag of the State of Idaho;
- The POW/MIA flag; or
- An official or replica flag of any branch of the United States armed forces.
Please make sure your flag complies with community standards.
