February 2026 Community Newsletter
Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Pinnacle. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. If you have not already done so, sign up with the Lifestyle Team, so you know about upcoming events and activities coming soon. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.
Need an Idea for Dinner?
Check out some of Food Network’s 50 most popular dishes right now. If you try one and like it, tell us about it, or share on the community Facebook page.
Spring?
Well, here we are at the end of February, and it feels like Spring is already looming. Prepare yourselves for lots of weeds and bugs this season. Without a hard or very cold winter, these things haven’t really died off, which means they’ll come back full force as soon as the weather allows. Don’t let them catch you off guard. Be prepared and get what you need now, so you’re ready to fight back.
Pets
We all love our furry family members, but please be responsible pet owners by cleaning up after them and not allowing them to roam off-leash. This is for everyone’s safety. Not everyone can be around pets, or they may have a fear, or their dog is just not as friendly. If your unleashed dog approaches unaware of these things, it could be tragic. The City of Meridian has a leash law where you can be fined for off-leash offenses between $100–300. There is a dog park at Discovery Park where you can allow your dog to run free. Please use that. Your neighbors thank you greatly!
Lighting Reminder
If you have permanent lighting installed for accent lighting around your home, the lights should be white, and should not be blinking or chasing, causing a nuisance. They may be lit 3 days prior to any federally recognized holidays, and then returned to white accents.
Updated Sites
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the resident experience using HOA tools and resources in the CINC platform, we’ve simplified how you access your community information. To make things easier to find, bookmark https://so-me-district.com/community-life/resident-info/ as it gets you to the most important page where all the different links are shared.
Upcoming Events
If you have any ideas for future events, or want to volunteer to help out, please reach out to Lauren Brown, Lifestyle Director. She’s working on setting up a number of wonderful events for this spring, summer, and fall season.
