January 2025 Community Newsletter

Welcome

We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Pinnacle. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. If you have not already done so, sign up with the Lifestyle Team, so you know about upcoming events and activities coming soon. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.

Assessment Reminder

Just a reminder that your semi-annual assessments must be received by January 31st to avoid any late fees. If you haven’t submitted your payment yet, you can easily do so online. Click the link provided to access the payment page and follow the instructions to complete your transaction.

Annual Disclosure

The Pinnacle Owner’s Association, Inc. is required by Idaho State Legislation actions 55-116 and 55-1507 to provide an annual statement of fees for the community. For more details, you can view the full disclosure online.

Holiday Decorations

Happy New Year! We hope your holiday season was joyful and festive. As the celebrations conclude, it’s time to pack away holiday decorations. Please remember that all outdoor lights and other decorations should be taken down by January 31st.

Pet Responsibility

When you walk your dog, clean up after them. It’s your responsibility as a pet owner. No one wants to step in dog poop! Think about other people and keep the sidewalks and green spaces clean. Carry a bag with you and use it when needed. Everyone will appreciate it!

Snow Removal

When it snows, it’s important to clear sidewalks and driveways for safety.  Don’t shovel snow into the street, as this can lead to flooding when the snow melts. Also, never block a fire hydrant, since firefighters need quick access in emergencies. Instead, pile snow on your lawn.

Reserving the Clubhouse

We have a beautiful clubhouse available for reservations. To make a reservation, check the calendar online and then fill out the Clubhouse Reservation form. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation of the reservation.

Permanent Lighting Guidelines

Any lighting permanently installed on homes must get approval in advance and shall be limited to use 3 days prior to any federally recognized holidays. During the months of October – December, lighting may be turned on during major holidays but must be turned off by 11:00 p.m.
