June 2025 Community Newsletter
Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Pinnacle. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. If you have not already done so, sign up with the Lifestyle Team, so you know about upcoming events and activities coming soon. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.
Updated Facility Rules Form
The pool is open! If you have not yet submitted the Updated Facility Rules Form, you can do so online via the link provided below. Your pool card will not be activated if we don’t have the form on file.
Pool Rules Reminders
Residents and the cleaning staff have reported that the pool deck is often left in poor shape. Toys, towels, food and empty beer cans are left on the deck. Reminders:
- Alcohol is not allowed within the pool area.
- No food or drinks in the pool or near the water’s edge, on tables and chairs only.
- Clean up after yourself.
Construction Trash Bins
Concerned residents have observed youngsters rifling through construction trash bins, potentially exposing themselves to hazardous or sharp materials. Parents and caregivers should ensure children avoid these areas to prevent injuries from sharp objects and toxic substances.
Fireworks
If your holiday celebration includes fireworks, understanding legality and safety is crucial. In Idaho, purchasing aerial fireworks is permitted, yet their use is unlawful due to their potential to ignite wildfires and cause significant injury. Always prioritize safety and adhere to local regulations when handling fireworks. Please clean up after yourselves. Even safe and sane fireworks can leave messes in yards and streets. Be sure to appropriately soak and dispose of any messes. Common areas may not be used to light off fireworks. Also, please be aware that neighbors and pets may not all like fireworks, so be aware of the time. We greatly appreciate everyone’s consideration, and hope you have a very safe and enjoyable holiday!
Yard Waste Recycling
Residents can sign up for yard waste recycling through Republic Services by calling 208-345-1265. If you are currently using a green tote for your yard waste, it’s going to the landfill, not recycled.
Pet Responsibility
When you walk your dog, clean up after them. It’s your responsibility as a pet owner. No one wants to step in dog poop! Think about other people and keep the sidewalks and green spaces clean and never allow your dog to use a neighbor’s lawn to do this business! Always carry a bag with you. Your neighbors will appreciate it!
Parking Reminders
Your garage should be used for parking automobiles first before storage or anything else. Driveways can be used for parking after the garage is filled with automobiles. Please be sure to use the garage first.
Vehicles like campers, trailers, boats, etc. can be out for a period of no more than 24 hours. This is meant for the purpose of loading, unloading, or maintenance, and then should be returned to off-site storage.
