March 2025 Community Newsletter

Welcome

We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Pinnacle. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. If you have not already done so, sign up with the Lifestyle Team, so you know about upcoming events and activities coming soon. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.

2025 Irrigation Season

The irrigation districts will begin releasing water into canals the first week of April.  Water delivery to residents is estimated for the week of April 14th. An email notification will be sent out when the water is on.

Spring Lawn Tip

Spring is the optimal time to apply a pre-emergent herbicide to your lawn. This proactive measure prevents weeds from germinating for a weed-free lawn and ensures a healthier, more vibrant turf throughout the growing season.

E-Scooter Ordinance Change

The City of Meridian has revised its E-Scooter ordinance.  E-Scooters are now prohibited from sidewalks unless the roadway speed is over 45mph.  This measure aims to enhance pedestrian safety.  You can view the entire ordinance and safety requirements by following the link provided below.

Updated Facility Rules Form

Summer is around the corner and the pool will be opening May 19th.  In case you overlooked the USPS notification regarding the revised Facility Rules Form, please be advised that signing this document is mandatory to activate your access card for the upcoming pool season. Pet Responsibility

When you walk your dog, clean up after them. It’s your responsibility as a pet owner. No one wants to step in dog poop! Think about other people and keep the sidewalks and green spaces clean. Carry a bag with you and use it when needed. Everyone will appreciate it!

Reserving the Clubhouse

We have a beautiful clubhouse available for reservations. To make a reservation, check the calendar online and then fill out the Clubhouse Reservation form. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation of the reservation.

Easter Egg Hung

Hop on down and join us for a community egg hunt! Don’t forget to fuel up for the hunt with breakfast burritos and sandwiches provided by ICCU! Join us Saturday, April 12th. Breakfast will run 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM *Or while supplies last. *Bring your own drinks. We’ll be set up in the green space behind the clubhouse located on Spire. Egg hunt starts at 10:00 AM. Come early! We will start right at 10:00 AM and we don’t want anyone to miss out! Special guests will show from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM to join us as well! We will also have a couple baby goats onsite for everyone to snuggle and interact with!
