May 2025 Community Newsletter
Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Pinnacle. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. If you have not already done so, sign up with the Lifestyle Team, so you know about upcoming events and activities coming soon. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.
Annual Community Garage Sale
The annual community garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, June 14th, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You are welcome to start and stop as you please. Residents that participate should set their items in the driveway the day of the sale and clean up the same day. For unsold items, consider donating to local charities like a Youth Ranch or St. Vincent de Paul. Some charities will pick up items. Coordination with trash services is also an option for disposal. An advertisement will be in the Idaho Statesman and signs will be placed at entrances. Residents are encouraged to share on social media and put up directional signs on the event day. Good luck to everyone participating!
Summer Kick-Off Pool Party
Beat the heat and join us to celebrate the kick off of Summer. Enjoy delicious food from She’s Smokin’ BBQ. Check here for menu and pricing She’s Smokin’ BBQ. Get your groove on with tunes & ice cream from High Five Snacks provided by ICCU. The part is planned for: Thursday, June 5th, 4-7pm at the Pinnacle pool at clubhouse on Spire.
Updated Facility Rules Form
The pool is open! If you have not yet submitted the Updated Facility Rules Form, you can do so online via the link provided below. Your pool card will not be activated if we don’t have the form on file.
Yard Waste Recycling
Residents can sign up for yard waste recycling through Republic Services by calling 208-345-1265. If you are currently using a green tote for your yard waste, it’s going to the landfill, not recycled.
Pet Responsibility
When you walk your dog, clean up after them. It’s your responsibility as a pet owner. No one wants to step in dog poop! Think about other people and keep the sidewalks and green spaces clean. Carry a bag with you and use it when needed. Everyone will appreciate it!
Parking Reminders
Your garage should be used for parking automobiles first before storage or anything else. Driveways can be used for parking after the garage is filled with automobiles. Please be sure to use the garage first.
Vehicles like campers, trailers, boats, etc. can be out for a period of no more than 24 hours. This is meant for the purpose of loading, unloading, or maintenance, and then should be returned to off-site storage.
